We also sell wood plug spawn, fully colonized with healthy mycelium, for log culturing. All Masters are grown from vigorous clones taken from living mushroom fruit bodies. Quart jars and wood plugs are colonized directly from these master cultures. Strains include Pink Oyster Mushrooms, Blue Oyster Mushrooms, Yellow Oyster Mushrooms, King Oyster Mushrooms, Chicken of the Woods Mushrooms, Hen of the Woods Mushrooms, Lion's Mane Mushrooms, Shiitake Mushrooms, Reishi Mushrooms, and Turkey Tail Mushrooms.

Our goal is to provide you with viable and tenacious spawn so you can grow mushrooms without the investment of a laboratory and time. We do the hard part of isolating the strains and you reap the benefit. Plus it’s all natural and totally organic. You can either opt to expand our grain quart masters into hundreds of additional quarts of grain, or you can simply expand it directly onto to pasteurized straw or another suitable substrate, such as sterilized sawdust or woodchips.
